Head of Department - Dr. O.M. Ajayi

Dr. Oluwaseyi Modupe Ajayi had her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc., 1997) degree in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife Osun State. Her Postgraduate degrees in Department of Building University of Lagos (2001) where she obtained Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Construction Management and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Building from University of Lagos (2016). She had been a Lecturer from University of Lagos, Department of Building in Quantity Surveying Unit from (1st September, 2004-2016).

Presently, Department of Quantity Surveying is now a solely Department in April 2016. Her area of specialization is in construction Commercial Management. Her area of current research is in Web-based development for contractor selection criteria in order to enhance transparency. Accountability and fairness in selection of appropriate
contractor for construction projects.
